My monthly credits did not reset on expected date

Hello I have been waiting for my credits to be set on April 22nd but that did not occur, now it's saying that it will be reset in May, which means I'll go in entire month without generation credits. I know they were about two other people who reported this but what could be done in this case since a month of the service has already been paid for, I have Adobe creative cloud Pro. Thank you.
