Question

My simple instructions were ignored but I've still had the credits deducted!

I gave it simple instructions, after it had generated a crappy attempt. The edit instructions were:
“have the character say "it's not my problem" twice, with a 3 second pause between each time” but it ignored that. My credits were deducted anyway. This happens a lot and it’s clear the only thing Adobe are interested in is ripping people off

    Hey @PeopleDevelopmentPeople

The process of prompting and getting the desired results ends up being a lot of trial and error.

    Steps to take:
    - Delete the images that are not working for you How to Delete multiple Files

    - Open a new tab and start over or with a reference image: style or composition image.

    - Use a different model

In cases like this I would honestly use Adobe Express or even upload your own voice clip. Getting that 3 second pause is going to be difficult. For consistency, Adobe Express

    Adobe Express

It has a free option and you have much more flexibility.
    Cheers
