If your credits balance shows 0, it means your generative credits have been fully consumed. Any action that requires credits won’t be available until your balance resets or you add more.

For paid plans, generative credits reset each month based on your billing date. If you don’t want to wait until the reset, you can upgrade to Firefly Pro or Firefly Premium, or purchase an additional credit add‑on plan for increased capacity.
