TYPE D’ABONNEMENTJe paie 11,08 €/mois TVA incluse avec 2 000 crédits génératifs par mois, mais je n'ai pu réaliser que six vidéos. On me demande maintenant de souscrire un autre abonnement ! Pourquoi ? En principe, je devrais pouvoir créer jusqu'à 20 vidéos de 5 secondes, non ? Ce n'est clairement pas le cas. Merci de bien vouloir rectifier la situation.

It depends on the model you use, the resolution, and length. Some combinations of model, resolution and length can exceed 2000 credits for one generation.

To the left of the generate button, you can see how many credits the video you are about to generate will consume:

The behaviour you are experiencing is what would happen if you consumed your credits and did not have enough for the image/video you are generating.
