Necesito que me devuelvan todos los creditos de generaciones que dan error. "Ha habido un problema Inténtalo de nuevo más tarde." No se genera nada y me cobran. NO LO ACEPTO.

    Just to clarify how credits work on Firefly: credits are deducted as soon as you click Generate, but if the generation fails with an error, those credits are automatically returned to your balance.

    you can also view a full breakdown of your activity by going to Your Stuff > Generation History. This page shows each generation and the number of credits used, which makes it easier to compare with your current balance.

    If you reviewed the credits your generations consumed and still certain that some credits were not restored after a failed generation, we can double‑check that for you. Please share the date and approximate time of the failed attempt so we can review your credit usage on our side.
