Need help with voice audio generation

Hey everyone. I'm new to the creating voice clips to add to existing video clips. Is there any way to preview the tone changes I make to voice audio without spending credits to generate them first? I choose a tone enhancement, highlight the audio clip, hit play and the voice sounds exactly the same no matter what tone enhancement I choose. Do I actually have to generate it to hear the new tone choice? This will eat up tons of credits if I have to do it this way. Any tips??

      I uploaded a short recording where I applied different tones and played each one to measure the change. All tones seem to be applied correctly, just make sure to select the tone along with the phrase you want to play.
