Need transparent background - doesn't work

I need a transparent background but Firefly AI apps just make a fake one using the checkerboard which isn’t even correct because it has big splotches.

 

And I can’t even post to this forum without AI issues - I have to retype everything. AI is going to be the down fall of humanity - first by stealing our patience and mental health.

    Remove Background and choose PNG. (stating the obvious)



    Remove background works very well with the image is clean.

    I didn't realize my post posted twice - it never said it posted. Anyway, here is what generated. And I have never seen a place where I choose png or jpg in firefly.

    I have notified a higher power to look into this. As the png should not pixelate like that.
