Question

New to Fire fly. I am on the trial period. I asked for a short video based on a storyboard. It was produced partially and no sound. If I am to upgrade, I need to see a complete video.

    Hey @Radiant_Wizard08cd
To add to what @droopydog500 mentioned, I am unsure if this is included in the free trial. However, there are many options to generate different types of sound, languages, and music within Firefly App.

I have included a short video where you can find different options to generate different types of audio. After generating you can use Adobe Express or Edit Video (on the FF main page).

    Adobe Express

Adobe Express is a free App. There are many wonderful features like animating text, changing the colour, size, font, and much more.

I have also included a short video where you can find different options to generate different types of audio. After generating you can use Adobe Express or Edit Video (on the FF main page).

    Cheers

    Hi @Radiant_Wizard08cd,

Just so you know, this is not customer service. It is a peer community forum.

On missing audio: not all video generation models in Firefly include audio. The models that currently support audio generation are Veo 3.1, Veo 3.1 Fast, Kling 3.0, Kling 3.0 Omni, and Gemini Omni Flash. If you used a different model (such as the native Firefly model or Runway) the video will be generated without sound. To get audio, select one of the models listed above and ensure the Audio toggle is enabled in the settings before generating.

If you would like to see what Firefly can produce before committing to an upgrade, we would suggest trying a short single clip first using Veo 3.1 with the Audio toggle enabled — that will give you a clearer picture of the quality you can expect on a paid plan.

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask here and the community will do its best to help.
