No access firefly

Hi, i cannot access the firefly. It shows contact IT assistance but i'm sure my email address is the admin account. Please advise thank you.

Thank you for your message. 

This means one of two things: your local Adobe administrator has to grant your account access to that feature or your organisation's enterprise plan does not have that feature. In either case, you need to contact your local Adobe administrator for assistance. If you are not sure who that is, start with the IT department.
