No puedo cargar imágenes de referencia desde mi PC o internet. Excepto en modelos Premium.

Me sugirieron que borrase la cache de internet, pero esto sólo funcionó una vez

The most frequent cause of this problem is blocking by extensions such as add blockers. Try in private browsing mode/Incognito mode. If that works, try going through every extension and make sure adobe.com is on the allow list.

Hi @Caulco, it can also be a browser problem. If you're using Firefox or Edge, try switching to an alternative browser like Chrome or Brave. If it’s still happening, can you post a screenshot or video recording?
