Hello! when I click on the page to use the app, it doesn't load. The screen remains dark. I'm trying to use AI to convert text to image.

Are you on Windows or Mac? And what browser?
It is worth tryying a different browser to see if that is the issue.
As in the thread Kartika has linked to, you could also check firewall settings that may be running on your end.
