I am a creative cloud subscriber, but the picture is not created and is just loading. What's the problem??

Hello @1247457,

 

I am sorry you are experiencing this problem. Which operating system and browser are you using (and what versions are they)?  Can you please try as a test using another browser and see if that works?

I'm using Windows 10 64bit and neither Web firefly2 nor firefly3 is creating images..
