no sound coming while i am creating a video

To help us investigate, please share with us both the video you downloaded and its public link, you can find the link if you go to Your Stuff > Generation History, select the image in question, and choose "Share public link" (If you prefer not to share it publicly, you can still paste the link in the inbox)
