None of the video generation tools are working

None of the video generation tools are working, I tried using the Firefly video-generation features in every browser, and I also tried in Incognito mode. Nothing works, and every attempt fails. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Do you have a solution? Everything worked perfectly for me two months ago, but now nothing works at all

Sorry about the issue. Could you share the prompt that you're using to generate? Please share the reference image as well if you're using. Does it happen with a specific video model?

Thank you for getting back to me.

The prompt I used is simple:

"The camera pans to the right and reveals the next frame"

I’m attaching the picture.

Most of the images I upload cannot be used with any video model.
