Hello, it says I have 1000+ credits and it won't let me use any of them ever since I canceled my subscription. However, I still purchased the month!

Hey, are you trying to spend the credits on image or video? At least for video, you'll need a Firefly subscription (standard or pro).

I purchased a one month trial to Adobe Firefly's video generator. It was
9.99. I went canceled the subscription so it wouldn't charge me another
month. It still lists the credits I have this month, but now I can't use
them. It keeps trying to get me to buy the subscription again.
