Not able to use firefly with my google account

@Zijian33266813zcx2  Adding to what @@mj , make sure you're selecting the correct account when signing in if you have more than one login (Sign in to your company or school account). This may require having an incognito window or another browser. You'll need to contact your admin if you only have one login and are running into issues. (How do I contact my Adobe administrator?)

Are you behind a firewall, from where you accessing Firefly?
