Hello @misoa23835278css0, @1269245, @Bana_Ighbariya2648@momo29803288ou7f,

If you are using a premium Firefly feature, in addition to having enough credits, you have to be on a premium plan, such as Firefly Pro or Creative Cloud Pro. If you believe you are on a plan that includes premium Firefly features and you are getting an insufficient credits message when you have sufficient credits, please reply with the following information:
• A screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the insufficient credits error  (not just the error message itself).
• Please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).

For more information on generative credit consumption, please see Generative credits FAQ and Partner models in Adobe products.

Hi @stefanh39713772

I am sorry about the issue. Could you try using a different browser?
If you still get the same issue, please share a screenshot of the complete screen, including the error message.

I have 82 credits left but Firefly say I don't have any . My remained credits suppose to be available up to 4 December. So what I have to do? I waited half day, maybe it's temporary error but I'm out of time now.

Hello @misoa23835278css0,

Thank you for your message.

Is it possible that what you are trying to generate costs more credits than you currently have? You can see how many credits what you are about to generate will cost by looking left of the "Generate" button:

You can see how many credits you have left by clicking on your avatar in the upper right corner of the Firefly page:

If based on this you have enough credits, please include a screen shot of the full briowser window with the error showing.
