Not showing credit usage and not as advertised

I bough the 2000 credits and it didn't show me how much usage they used so that's one thing another thing is it said 20 5 second videos it maxed out with only 6 -5 second videos I want to talk to a person abiut this this just scams yoy of your money

How many credits are consumed in a video generation is based on the model used, length, and resolution. You can generate 20 5 second videos, but not using any model or resolution. It indicates to the left of the "Generate" button how many credits the video you are about to generate will consume:

With some models and resolutions, it is possible to consume more than 2000 credits in one generation.
