O vídeo solicitado foi gerado com falha grave (sem som) e ao tentar corrigir meus créditos acabaram

Não consegui gerar o único vídeo que pedi, pois veio sem áudio, tentei refazer por três vezes que foi o suficiente para consumir todos os meus créditos sem conseguir um só vídeo utily, motivo pelo qual quero cancelar minha inscrição. Sequer permite reclamação.

Sorry about that. Which model are you using? Please note that the Firefly video model currently does not support sound in its generated videos. To create videos that include audio, you might consider using the Veo model instead.
