Pretty much any prompt I use produces this error message, tried Chrome and Edge and Incognito and even different devices, mobile and laptop

Same issue here. It keeps talking of an error even when I change prompts it's like it's confused or something or the workload is too much. What's going on??

This is also happening to me! Tried the re-set as described, used different browsers, went incognito, and updated/restarted laptop. Been like it for two days!

 

'Something went wrong This image produced an error. Please try again.'

Hi,

So the two suggestions suggested atm are:

  1. Do a hard refresh of your browser: Ctrl(Win) or Cmd (Mac) + Shift + R.
  2. Incognito mode.

Images aren't generating "Something went wrong. This image produced an error. Please try again. Retry"

Hi @TacSol,

Try a different browser.

You can also hard reset your browser by typing Ctrl(Win) or Cmd (Mac)+Shift+R

Hey, 

The image generator will now work. 

Ive tried on multiple different web browsers but everytime i try to generate an image it says there was a problem and to try again.

@Andrew27946947p4l4 Have you tried signing out and back in? Is it still happening? I was able to create this prompt. If you're still running into this issue, can you share what device and browser OS you're using? Make sure you are using the latest version for each.

@Andrew27946947p4l4 it looks like that is an older version of Chrome. Can you try updating and seeing if that helps?

 I have tried both laptop and iPhone, neither didn't work, same error message, 21 credit left. But if I click from the enter page and use the prompt from the auto populated in the text box, it did work. If I enter text of my own it would produce the error message.

@Rupak32915878iwl7 What device and browser version are you using? Does it happen on any other device or browser?
