Only 2 of the 4 images download when selecting Download All

New user here. Does anyone know why when i select download all only 2 of the 4 images actuall download? I did not realize this was happening until after I had created and download what I thought was a total of 76 image prompts. So instead of downloading 304 images, i have maybe 152. Some prompts only downloaded 1 of the 4
