Option for only lighting and color ex: makeup

Hello. I'd like to suggest, using object recognition, an option to only alter coloring and lighting instead of having to necessarily change the structure of everything. That way we could add, retouch or change makeup on a person instead of firefly changing the actual face. Thank you!
