Overly restrictive

"A woman with mouths where her eyes should be". Nope. Becuase it's not a scantily clad elf woman or a cute cartoon kitten, it doesn't meet the stringent "community guidelines". I read them all. I don't see how a classic punk-style image like this doesn't meet the guidelines. Given the content AI is currently spewing onto the internet, why can't firely handle such a simple prompt?
