Is this happening for every prompt or just this one?

If for every prompt, please try another browser as a test and see if it works.  If not, please tell us your OS and browser and their version numbers.

If with this prompt, please share the full prompt and if you are using any reference images, please share those.

I have found that sometimes turning my computer and wifi off and on again helps. This may not be the only answer. I like to start w the basics.
