Persistent Server Overload Error Affecting My Work for Months

Hello Adobe Support Team,

I am writing to report an ongoing and serious issue with Adobe’s generative tools.

For several months, I have been repeatedly receiving a server overload error that says:

“Sorry, our servers are currently overloaded. Too many people are generating content right now. Please wait, we’ll be back soon.”

This issue has been happening continuously and is severely disrupting my work. I rely on Adobe tools for professional projects, and because of this problem, my production process has been delayed many times. This has negatively affected my business workflow and caused difficulties with client deadlines.

This is not a one-time or temporary error. I have experienced it repeatedly over a long period, and waiting does not solve the problem permanently.

I kindly request that you investigate this issue on my account and provide a clear solution. If there are any limitations, account-related problems, server restrictions, or usage policies affecting my access, please let me know clearly.

I have attached a screenshot showing the error message.

Please treat this as an urgent support request, as this problem is directly affecting my professional work.

    I am not able to generate video after generating 2 videos
    Hello Adobe Firefly Support Team,
    I am currently facing an issue while generating videos on Adobe Firefly. Every time I try to generate a new video, I receive the message:
    “Whoa there, speed racer! We can't wait to generate more content for you. Please try again later.”
    Because of this issue, I am unable to continue creating videos on the platform.
    I have already tried:
    Refreshing the page
    Waiting and trying again later
    Checking my internet connection
    Restarting the browser/device
    But the issue still continues.
    Please help me resolve this problem as soon as possible. I would also like to know if this issue is related to:
    Daily generation limits
    Credit limits
    Server overload
    Account restrictions
