Photo doesn't meet guidelines

I'm getting the message that my photo doesn't meet the guidelines but it doesn't say why and I can't tell how it doesn't meet the guidelines.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Unfortunately, Firefly does not tell you what specifically about in image triggers it to not use the image. If you can share your image with us, we probably can tell you what the issue is.
