Photoshop (beta) app not downloading in CC

Hi there! 

I have access to Adobe Firefly, but when I click on the Photoshop (beta) app to download from CC, it does not work. There is also no beta apps section in the left toolbar on CC. I can access the online version, but would like to try it out on Photoshop.

Any advice is appreciated!
