Hello,

I am writing to report an issue with my recent purchase. Although the payment has been taken from my account, I am unable to use the services.

  • The Issue: My account shows 0 AI credits, even though my plan should include 4,000 credits.

  • Billing: The transaction is not showing up in my billing history on the Adobe portal, despite the charge being made to my bank/card.

Could you please check my account status and ensure the credits are correctly applied? I can provide proof of payment if necessary.
