Hi there,

I wnated to use firefly, but when I want to generate a image or a video I get the next message; please contact your administrator for help, I have a SURFspot Operational Console account. Anyone know how to solve this problem. I have ai-credits. So why don't the work..?

Hi donderday! Sorry for the frustration, let's take a closer look. Do you know who your administrator is? They might have some intel on how to move forward. Your plan might not include Firefly. If so, you can still use the generative credits on other genAI tools like generative fill in Photoshop.

Reach out to your administrator and let us know what they say!
