Poor quality image in firefly

Okay, so I been using adobe firefly logo branding feature, created a few logos and merchandise, but and exporting it to photoshop or download image are poor quality, any having the same issue?

Thanks for reaching out. Which feature are you using? Are you downloading images from Firefly? If so, is it in Boards or Text to image?
