Porque no puedo acceder a la prueba gratuita de 7 dias?

No puedo adquirir el plan de 7 dias gratuito alguien sabe por qué? que requisitos hay que cumplir? por favor necesito ayuda, quiero probar que tal va la plataforma para llegar a pagar el plan mensual o no.
