I am not able to use Adobe it show's age restrictions even though I am 18 above

Do you recall if you entered the correct DOB when creating an account? If you dont have Behance account you may re-enter if when creating an account https://www.behance.net/. If you do have Behance account already, you should contact the support https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html they may alter changes to your account.
