i'm trying to demo this new function for our firm. i am on our firm's AI taskforce and resonsible for testing these tools. i am getting this error when i try to generate a sound. it says "you don't have access to firefly, please contact your administrator to request access". i do have a commercial account and am logged in.

Do you have access to Firefly text to video, or do you get the same message with that? If you get the same message then it is likely your enterprise plan does not have Firefly premium features on it. Not all enterprise plans do. In that case, your local Adobe administrator would need to reach out to your Adobe account representative to understand the options for changing your plan.
