problem with new credits

i have a problem - i paid for one year plan for firefly and it should give me additional 2000 credits a month to my plan, i'd like to get my credits as i don't see them in my plan and am unable to generate imagem i need in nano banana pro

This is a community support forum. We do not have the ability to see into your account.

 

If you have a Firefly plan, you should see it specifically listed when you go to https://account.adobe.com/plans, such as this:

You should receive your credits each month on the month and date listed on the right.

 

If you paid for a plan and do not see it listed, you will probably have to contact customer service.
