Problème de connexion à firefly

Bonjour, j'ai photoshop et firefly et depuis près de 5 jours, impossible de générer quoi que ce soit, ça me dit qu'il faut que je vérifie ma connexion alors que tout fonctionne bien chez moi. J'ai tout esssayé, changer le fichier host, couper mon antivirus et firewall et je n'arrive à rien.

Hey! 

 

If I understand correctly you can use Firefly at home but not outside the home? What kinda Wifi-connection is it when you run into problems?

Make sure you still have generative credits, and that your computer doesnt run a lot of other programs that require an internetconnection.
