problème de générations de vidéo sur firefly

I'm not one of the experts, just going through these discussions for my own purposes, and ran across yours. 

I suspect when someone who can actually help responds, they might ask for more detailed information. 

Like, what exactly is the problem?  What is the message you're getting?  "conditions violated"?  Translation to English sounds scary. 

One possible issue might be the browser you are using. I recall learning in my search for solutions that the Firefox and Edge (Windows) browsers aren't recommended.  Chrome is prefered for Firefly.  Again, it's what I read recently, but perhaps it's old news.  Bonne chance!
