bonjour , je suis abonné , je n avais plus de crédit, j ai repris un abonnement mais les credits ne sont pas sur mon compte ,pourquoi?

Thanks for reaching out. I checked your account and see that you have cancelled the old Firefly subscription and subscribed to a fresh subscription today. Please log out and then log in again. You should be able to see the credits. 

Sometimes it takes time to sync the subscription.  Please let us know if you require further assistance.
