Probleme sur mes crédits

Bonjour,

Actuellement en formation sur Adobe Firefly, j'ai fait des tests qui sont les memes pour generer la meme video plusieur fois en ayant toujour le meme résultat, ne sacahnt pas que cela coute 500 credits. Est ce possible de récuperer mes crédits pour pouvoir finaliser ma formation ?

I don't know if this is what you mean, but firefly often generates 2x my prompt, giving the same results, and then charges 2x. :( That cost me a lot of credits. :(

Sorry about the trouble. Please note that each video generation, even when using the same prompt or settings, consumes credits as the system processes a new render each time. Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund credits for completed.

I have that problem, but not by trying the same promt. I try my promt 1x, and then it generates 2x. the same images, and charges twice. That's not fair. :(
