Problems generating text to audio

I find hilarious that Adobe relies on “moderators” and not actual support but considering the entire industry and Silicon Valley has fallen asleep it’s not surprising. I cannot even begin to use Firefly to generate text to audio after paying $300 only to find out there are no scroll bars. This is an issue across more than one product at Adobe. It’s shameful and everyone that points and says just use Mac is creating nothing more than tension. Not everyone uses a tablet or Apple device. Some people who create using these product use different platforms. I purchased software from a so-called “renowned” company and it literally is completely useless. So, at this point I’m cancelling and getting a refund. Even Adobe is aware of the FTC investigation of their preventing cancellations. If someone else reads this and cannot cancel take it up with Visa, MasterCard or whoever their issuer is and that will settle this ridiculous merry-go-round of idiocy.
