Problems generating videos

Regarding your credits

Credits are deducted when you press generate. If the generation fails, they should be restored, but it is not necessarily instantaneous. Can you please double check to see if they have since been restored?
 

There are two ways you can get this message. The first is if what you are trying to generate requires more credits than you have left. The second way is if your plan only includes credits for standard Firefly features and you are trying to generate using a premium Firefly feature. 

What plan is your plan (you can include a screen shot from account.adobe.com of the left two columns showing which plans you have,Important do not include the third column that has payment information). And what were you trying to generate including what model were you trying to use.
