Problems with Firefly failures

Question

4 things, 1 about the Adobe Community functionality and 3 about Firefly.

I do not even know how to put into words how insane it is that I have to jump through hoops to actually post here. I have to ask a question first? Terrible UX. You are already relying on the community to answer questions about your software.

Next, Firefly downloading just flat out fails every single time. If you select multiple videos, let's say, it says it is downloading, gives it a database name, and nothing happens.

The only reason I need to download them is because of the painful UX of having to load any video in generation history into the editor, which takes FOREVER.

The actual Firefly editor is actually great and works well. However, you have a tab up above for Gallery. It did not occur to anyone that the more likely need is to look at one's own gallery, not the world's? Huge miss there.

Safari, tons of hard drive space, 32 gigs of ram, M2 pro chip.

The bulk video download failure sounds like a real bug rather than a minor annoyance, since it starts and then silently fails. I'll try it on our end, and in the meantime, it'd help to know if downloading one video at a time works, since that could point to a batch or Safari-specific issue. The slow load time from generation history into the editor is also being passed along as a performance issue. We’ll check on that as well.And the Gallery tab defaulting to the world gallery instead of your own is a good feedback.We’ll sumbitthat as a product request to default to "My Gallery" instead.Kartika
