OK, so what's wrong with this?

For me, this is blocked on model 3 but not model 4. In model 3, it is "slip something into" which is causing the problem.

 

Also, your prompt is too conversational, like a story. The model will not understand it well.  The most important object should be as far left as possible and everything related to that object should be grouped together.
