Prompted for "imagine portal opening, swirling vortex of blue and silver sparkling light opens on to bustling medieval city of cats. cats walking, ponies pull carriages observation balloon floats in air in evening pale blue hues, cobblestone streets  got none of that. would be wonderful to get a refund of 900 credits. WIN 11 OS

Hi Richard!

I'm sorry about that. Currently, there is no process for returning credits. You'll be able to see your credits on your credit cycle. You can try adding a reference image as the first frame to create videos: https://adobe.ly/4oQRm5D

In addition to the above, as a workaround, you create multiple videos and merge them later for continuation.
