purhasing plan issue

hello I bought a plan but I can't see any confirmation that I bought it and I can't find anywhere to see my credits. Can someone help? Did I waste my money? It's still telling me to upgrade when I create videos, but I've only created 3 videos

    Could you please confirm whether the plan you purchased included a trial? If so, it’s likely a 7‑day trial, which provides a limited number of generations for both Standard and Premium features.
     

    Please also share a screenshot of the message you’re seeing when you try to generate, along with another screenshot of your Account menu (accessible by clicking your avatar icon in the top‑right corner of the page). Be sure to hide your email address before sending.

    I started the free trial first and I guess I didn't see any difference. Then I decided to pay and I guess there's still no difference.
    There's nowhere to see my credits.
    I also don't know how many credits the video models used.

    I guess the plan was never implemented.
