put in Wait with Firefly

Does anyone know why I am constantly being put in 'wait' when trying to create a video with Firefly

Dear,

Thanks for you prompt response.

Firefly creation went well… until beginning this week.
A lot of ‘generations’ of video was put into ‘wait’ - creation with slower Wifi…

I left my laptop on and running the whole night… no results were generated.. after ‘waiting’.

A large numbers of video clips are just pending and rather needed for my project. Puzzled to be honest.

I work with FireFly very recently… but so far… not so happy with the deliverables…
