Quick question: does this happen across all Firefly features, or just one (like text to image or text to video)? If you’re able to share a short screen recording, that would really help us see what’s going on and hopefully get it sorted faster.

Also, just to double check: were your generations completed? You can look under Your stuff > Generation history and filter by the type of file you created to see if the previews are there.
