To help figure out what’s going on, could you let us know which Adobe plan you’re on? It would also be super helpful if you can share a screenshot of your credits balance and reset date, you’ll find those under your Account icon in the top right of the Firefly page. (Just make sure to cover any personal info like your email before posting.)

Once we have that, we’ll be able to clear things up for you!
