Question about Adobe Firefly Pro credits and Creative Cloud credits

Hi everyone,
I currently have 4,000 Premium credits in my Adobe account through my Creative Cloud plan. I’m thinking about adding a Firefly Pro subscription, which also comes with 4,000 credits.

My question is:
If I get Firefly Pro with its 4,000 credits, will those credits be added on top of my existing 4,000 Creative Cloud credits, or will the Firefly Pro credits replace/cancel the credits I already have from my Creative Cloud plan?

    Yup! Happy generating.
And depending when you bought them they may renew at on different days.

Example: I bought Creative Cloud on Jan 1st those credits from Creative Cloud will restore on Feb 1st or the 1st of every month.
I bought Firefly Pro on Jan 15th, those credits restore Feb 15th or the 15th of every month.

I like this method myself: Mid month boost.
    Cheers

So I decided to go ahead and try it, and it actually worked — it gave me a single 8,000-credit pool. Thanks again for all your help, I really appreciate it!

    Hi tomer27402951rmi3,

Thank you for reaching out with your question.
Generative credits from different Adobe subscriptions do stack. Each plan contributes its monthly allocation to a single shared pool, so adding Firefly Pro increases your total credits. Instead of creating separate buckets, Adobe combines all credits from all active plans into one unified monthly balance.

Thanks for the clarification. I’m still a bit confused about the practical side, so I want to make sure If I understand correctly.

Until now, all my generative usage (Firefly image generation and Generative Fill / Generative Expand with Gemini 3 in Photoshop) was deducted from a single pool of credits.

If I add Firefly Pro and end up with two separate credit pools:

    • One from Creative Cloud

    • One from Firefly Pro

How does Adobe decide which pool is used for each action?

Will I see two separate credit counters in my account (for Creative Cloud and Firefly Pro)?

    Thanks again for the help!

    Hey @tomer27402951rmi3

It is one single pool. The credits are deducted as you use them.

    Cheers
