Hi, I have just subscribed to Firefly, am a non techy 78 year old, and am having problems. I right click on the imagr I want and select SAVE AS. Then I am sent straight to a folder with no other SAVE option than html. There is no Save a Copy option or anything!! There are no icons above the Firefly screen other than those belonging to Chrome. The section above the image is where I might expect to see FireFly options etc, but it all belongs only to Chrome. Should I be using FF outside of Chrome somehow? Standalone ... I haven't seen that option anywhere. All a great mystery. Teetering on cancelling my sub. Thanks for any help, Incidentally I do not have any other Adobe creative apps. Dave

    After making the image in Firefly, click on the download icon (when you hover over it, it will show a tooltip for More Options, click it and select Download) for the one that you want to save. Then you'll be able to save it as a JPG.
