Reference content can't include real human faces when using Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.0 Fast

Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.5 don’t work.

When attempting to generate, the following error message is displayed almost immediately: “Can't load. Reference content can't include real human faces when using this model. Upload a different asset or try a different model.”

Thanks for providing the screenshot and images @vincimadethat!
Looking closely at your setup, there are a few adjustments that should get this working for you:

    • The Model Error: The error message is triggering because there is a real human face in the reference image, which the Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.0 Fast models currently do not support, these are limitations for these models. For this particular generation, you will need to select a different model that allows human faces.

    • Uploading Keyframes: It looks like you uploaded your 'First' and 'Last' frames into the general Media section. To set keyframes correctly, you need to select the Frames tab and upload your starting and ending images there. Please note that you cannot use both the Reference and Frames sections at the same time.

    • Prompting Tip: I also noticed you are using negative prompting. It is highly recommended to avoid this, as negative prompting isn't supported and risks giving you inaccurate or unexpected results.

    Hi vincimadethat,
    Thanks for reporting this issue.

While the error message indicates that reference content cannot include real human faces when using this model, we want to make sure the system isn't misflagging your assets.

To help us investigate this further, could you please share:

    • The reference images you are attempting to upload.

    • A screenshot of the entire window depicting the entire settings including the error.

Looking forward to your reply so we can look into this for you!

    Hi Hajar,

Thank you for your response! Of course, I’ll attach all below. Images 1 and 2 are the ‘First’ and ‘Last’ frame references, and images 3 and 4 are the ‘Media’ references.

Please let me know if you need anything else!
